Skill Development Lead Coach (Hitting and/or Defense)

Futures is searching for both former baseball and softball athletes that have played or coached at the collegiate and/or professional level.

The coach must have a passion for impacting lives, and be looking to grow in their abilities to execute a data-driven approach to skill acquisition and development.

Must be extroverted, charismatic, and possess the ability to build relationships, rapport and trust with athletes and families.
